Landscape is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our fully remote team!

You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing creative solutions and translating feedback into new product features. This role involves supporting new customers, troubleshooting, updating support materials, and leading live training sessions. You’ll collaborate with a small, passionate team dedicated to making impactful software for land conservation.

We offer a flexible 32-hour work week, $82,000 per year with profit sharing, generous PTO, and unlimited sick leave.
