Release Notes: May 2025
Summer is finally here! The sun is shining, the cicadas are buzzing, and we’ve got a few Landscape updates ripe for the picking.
Save Signature Blocks in a Regenerated Report
Landscape is renowned for how easy it makes the monitoring process, especially when it comes to quickly generating standardized reports for your organization. We’ve now made it even easier to send a report through your internal reviews.
Sometimes a report is generated and signed by one user, like a volunteer, then sent for approval to another user, like a senior staff member. Previously, if the reviewing party made an edit that required regenerating the report, the volunteer’s signature was lost and necessitated re-signing.

With our latest improvement to reports, a reviewer can regenerate the report without losing previously collected signatures, making the internal review process a breeze!
Enhanced Portfolio Importer Design
Earlier this year we introduced the Portfolio Importer tool, which allows you to quickly create multiple Property records at once from a single shapefile. We’ve already made some improvements, including a progress indicator and tooltips throughout the import process to guide you.

This feature is included with the standard annual subscription.
Pronouns for Contacts
By popular request, we added an optional ‘Pronouns’ field to Contact records. The field appears in the Details box of a Contact record as well as directly below the contact’s name in a contact card.
